Blue SGR, Immogroup and Studio Pession: Eblò, a new multipurpose center in Turin, Italy, is born

A new life awaits Enel’s former Head Quarter in Turin. Blue SGR, Immogroup and Studio Pession have combined their expertise to transform the space on Corso Regina Margherita into a new multipurpose center to be called Eblò. The initiative aims to offer flexible solutions for companies seeking new office space in the city center.

Blue SGR has seen itself engaged in recent years in the enhancement of assets in the portfolio of Fondo Chirone including the one in Turin for which Studio Pession has conceived a renovation project that includes optimization of space and the introduction of common amenities.

The building, which consists of 11 floors above ground and three basements, will be overhauled in the common parts and will have new systems for winter and summer air conditioning with special focus on the energy efficiency of the building.

A range of environments and services will be available such as a reception area, coworking areas, relaxation areas, break rooms, and common areas. Companies will be able to choose from spaces ranging from 400 square meters up to 1,500 square meters (entire floor), or lease multiple floors. Parking spaces and warehouses on the basement floors, which will enable workflow management and logistics, storage and archiving activities, complete the offer. The property will be ready for occupancy from May 2024.

Beppe Caruso CEO of Immogroup: “Companies that are looking for new office space in the vibrant city of Turin cannot miss this extraordinary opportunity. The city, used to having very traditional offices, today with redevelopment investments and rethought spaces will be able to increase the value and demand for iconic places sometimes abandoned or forgotten.”

Alessandro Mazzucco, Portfolio Manager at Blue SGR: “Companies that want to settle in an innovative property with modular office space and with all services at hand (gym, canteen kindergarten) cannot fail to think of the Turin building, Corso Regina Margherita. We decided to invest in this redevelopment project because we believe that the city of Turin will have strong development over the next few years.”
